Just 3 stars for 'timely information' questions as there is a general wait for a phone conversation with a physiotherapist of over 8 weeks now but luckily I got a cancelled appointment slot. The chat was well conducted, and booklet received on line helpful but didnt print correctly. Disappointed I have to wait until August to see physiotherapist face to face as I am in pain and feel any exercises prescribed should be demonstrated to ensure they are done properly. But I understand these are difficult times in the pandemic. Thanks for advice and information and help in contacting my GP. So grateful.

Printed booklet of information with exercises - not sent online. Not everyone has printers. Quicker process to see physios.

I had a phone appointment. I found Louisa Ford of Women & Men's Health Physiotherapy very empathetic, expert, clear and understanding.

It's a shame but understandable that current conditions mean appointments are somewhat delayed.

I attended this hospital for a Steroid Injection for an ongoing problem with my foot. I was treated by Mr David Singleton whom I found to be respectful and very knowledgable. Also, the follow-up telephone call was very useful. I also was impressed with the standard of cleanliness of the hospital.

Wife needed treatment, the hospital could not provide it, they referred him to the GP who was useless, but when clinical practitioner (N. Rauser) got involved everything was sorted out.
